Industrial Holding Force Test Oven Pressure Sensitive Tape Retention Strength Tester

Purpose: The oven type tape holding force tester is widely used in adhesive tape, protective film, self adhesive sticker, label, foam, adhesive and other adhesive product industries. It is applied for the holding viscosity test of adhesive tape under a certain temperature. This equipment tests the displacement resistance of adhesive tape pasted on the test plate in accordance with specified methods under set temperature and fixed gravity along the length direction. The holding viscosity is indicated by the time for the test piece to move a certain distance or completely fall off, or the moving distance within a fixed time.

 

Product Features: Power saving performance: After the temperature rises to the set value, the PID intelligent temperature controller will automatically enter the energy saving mode and turn off most heating power to reduce power consumption. The energy saving effect becomes more obvious with longer continuous operation time. Its power consumption is about one tenth of similar products in the industry. Test data shows that power loss can be reduced by 80%~90% in energy saving mode. Full stainless steel inner tank with argon arc welding to avoid dust generation from the equipment itself.
