Application and Testing Methodology

This oven-type adhesive retention force tester evaluates the adhesive retention capability of tapes when applied to test plates under precisely controlled temperature and humidity conditions. The equipment measures the tape's resistance to displacement along its length direction when subjected to specified gravitational forces. Adhesive retention performance is quantified by measuring the time required for the test specimen to move a predetermined distance or completely detach within a defined time period.
