In surgery, this kind of tape is mainly used for material fixation, wound treatment, and infusion needle fixation, which requires it to have high adhesion, at the same time, the medical packing tape has the properties of good flexibility, easy unwinding and convenient operation;

Then bandaging with adhesive tape can effectively prevent pulling and tearing from causing secondary damage to the wound. So what should be paid attention to about the sticking test of medical adhesive tape? How to test the viscosity of similar products such as medical adhesive tape at different temperatures? Commonly used are KJ-6012 thermostatic tape retention tester. It is used to detect the adhesive holding performance of adhesive products such as medical adhesive tape, medical patch and paste under different temperature conditions.
Instructions during the test
(1). Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, and place the weight in the slot under the hanger.
(2). After removing 3~5 turns of adhesive tape on the outer layer of adhesive tape test paper, cut a sample with a width of 25mm and a length of about 100mm in the middle of the adhesive tape every 200mm or so. The number of samples in each group shall not be less than three.
(3). Scrub the test board and loading board with the wiping material and cleaning agent, and then wipe them carefully with clean gauze, so repeatedly clean three times. Above, until the working face of the plate is cleaned by visual inspection. After cleaning, do not touch the working surface of the plate with hands or other objects.
(4). Under the conditions of temperature 23 ℃ ±2 ℃ and relative humidity 50%± 5%, the sample is pasted parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plate in the middle of the test plate and the loading plate next to it. Roll on the specimen with a pressure roller at a speed of about 300mm/min. Note that when rolling, only the force generated from the mass of the pressing roller can be applied to the sample. The number of rolling can be specified according to the specific product situation. If there is no regulation, it will be rolled back and forth three times.
(5). After the sample is pasted on the board, it should be placed at a temperature of 23 ℃ ±2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50%± 5% for 20min.
(6). Then fix the test plate vertically on the test frame and gently connect the weights to the loading plate. The entire test rack is placed in the test environment or in the test chamber that has been adjusted to the required test environment.
(7). After reaching the stipulated time, unload the heavy objects. Use a magnifying glass with indexing to measure the sliding displacement of the sample to 0.1mm; Or record the time when the sample falls off the test board (common method). If the number of times is greater than or equal to 1hour, the unit is min, and if the number is less than 1hour, the unit is Seconds.
